Frequently Asked Questions

Ashoka isn’t just a saree store — it’s a space where tradition meets timeless beauty. We’ve been part of people’s celebrations, weddings, and everyday stories for decades, offering sarees that feel just as special as the moments you wear them in.

We’re right here in the heart of Jamshedpur — where it all began. Our store has been a trusted name for years, loved by families across generations.

From rich silks to breezy cottons, from festive Banarasis to everyday classics — we’ve got something for everyone. Whether you like timeless weaves or modern drapes, there’s always a piece waiting to suit your style.

Many of them are! We work closely with artisans who pour their skill and soul into every weave. Some collections also bring in modern techniques — so you get the best of both worlds: heritage and comfort.

Right now, our website is meant to help you explore and learn more about what we do. But you can always visit our store or connect with us through Instagram or WhatsApp to shop directly.

We do take a few custom orders depending on the fabric and design. If you have something specific in mind, our team will be happy to help you create it.

For silks and heavily worked sarees, dry cleaning is best. Lighter fabrics like cotton and linen can be gently hand-washed in cold water. A little care helps your saree stay beautiful for years.

Follow us on Instagram and Facebook — that’s where we share new launches, festive collections, and a glimpse into what’s coming next.

Because every saree here comes with a story. It’s made with care, tradition, and the kind of love that’s been passed down for generations. When you drape an Ashoka saree, you don’t just wear fabric — you wear a feeling.
